Terms

• Ambient Sound Online is made and run by Ramozov, an individual entrepreneur. Ocean is free, with Rhythm 8 minutes at a time. One payment unlocks Forest, Space and endless Rhythm, with no subscription.
• You pay once and get a license key by email. The key opens everything it covers for good, including future updates, on every device you own, for your own listening.
• Please do not publish or resell your key. A key that has been shared publicly can be deactivated.
• The sound is generated live in your browser. We keep improving the worlds, and sounds can change from one update to the next. The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
• The price is shown before you pay. Payment is in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Network fees charged by your wallet or exchange are yours to cover.

Refunds

• If your payment went through and no key reached you, or the key does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
• To ask, write to [email protected] from the email you bought with, and give the order number if you have it. A refund is paid back in the same cryptocurrency, less network fees, and the key is deactivated.
• The key email is your proof of purchase. If it did not arrive, check spam, or use “Lost your key?” in the app.

Privacy

What we keep, and why:

• Your email, only when you buy: to send the key and to send it again if you ask. Together with it we keep the order record: amount, payment id, key id and times. We keep this for as long as the key is valid, so we can help you if you lose it.
• Anonymous counters about how the site is used (visits, which world was opened, how long the sound ran). They carry no name, no email and no account.
• Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure traffic and where visitors come from. It starts when you start the app, and the notice at the bottom of the page says so.
• On your device: your settings and your license key are stored in your browser, and nowhere else.

We do not show ads and we do not sell data. Payments are handled by NOWPayments and key emails are sent through Resend. They process the data they need for that and have their own privacy policies.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. If we delete the order record, we can no longer resend the key, but a key you already hold keeps working.
